Hello beautiful soul, I'm Geena!
My path started in 2013 with massage therapy and took many forms over the years. Wherever life took me, I remained in the health and wellness field. From service work to administration, helping people has always been a top priority of mine. In 2021 my life shifted, and Reiki found me. Since then, I have been on a journey of remembering who I am at my core; at a soul level & It's been a beautiful unfolding. I now use what I've learned over the years throughout my own experiences, and other energetic & shamanic practices I've embodied to help others on the path of remembrance.

The stones used in this Mala are Moonstone, Rose Quartz and Amethyst. Moonstone is a wonderful stone for getting in touch with the divine feminine. Connected to the moon and the tides of the ocean, this stone helps us stay in the ebbs and flows of life with ease. Rose Quartz is the universal stone for love. Specifically, self love. This stone helps us connect within and reminds us to love on ourselves. Amethyst is a great stone for connection and decompression. Alleviating feelings of anxiety and worry, this stone allows us to move through obstacles more easily. Finished off with a Bodhi Seed carved lotus flower Guru bead, representing enlightenment.
